Instructions: The Stone Cleanse is an easy and simple 7 day cycle. The active time is over night from 6pm of day 6 to 10 am of day 7. Usually a minimum of 12 Stone Cleanses is required at 2 or 3 week intervals. After obtaining 2 Stone Cleanes with no gallstones at all cleanse again at 3 and/or 6 months – if still clear, then Stone Cleanse once a year to be your test.

Olive oil is required to complete the Stone Cleanse protocol. Add 500 ml of extra virgin olive oil to your cleanse below. One 500 ml bottle of olive oil is good for three cleanses.

Use fresh organic grapefruit or grapefruit juice. Available at your local green grocer.
