About us
I have had a long-time interest in the field of natural health ever since the age of 40, when I found myself severely low in energy. I had to rest all weekend in order to go to work on Monday and find a way to survive the week. Fortune smiled on me and I discovered the health benefits of deep breathing qigong.
It became my life-long passion to learn the secrets of a long and healthy life, combined with a desire to teach these principles to others all the while continuing to learn and discover new things.
When my wife and I purchased SNF in 2011 it became the next step in that life-long pursuit. Today, in my 69th year on this amazing planet, I’m even more determined to use the knowledge I have thus far acquired to further benefit others for as long as I am alive. Hopefully, that will be at least to the age of 120!
As is the case with any great success in life or business, it doesn’t happen without amazing, committed people who share the same vision.
