To prepare Cha's Organics Ceylon Pearl Rice, rinse and drain 1 cup of rice, then add 2 cups of water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, cover and reduce to low heat, simmering for 20 minutes until the water is absorbed. Let it stand covered for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork. This rice is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, from curries to desserts. Ensure to store in a cool, dry place to maintain freshness.
