We currently offer in-store pickup at our Surrey location. Shipping options may be available for select products. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup, whichever is applicable.

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase with original receipt. Opened products are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our naturopathic consultations are provided by qualified practitioners. These consultations are for informational and educational purposes and do not replace medical advice from your physician. You are responsible for following up with appropriate healthcare providers for medical diagnosis and treatment.

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been completed. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Surrey Natural Foods or our licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our express written permission.
